During my time in the Illustration, Design, and animation program I have gained a passion for developing brands and social media marketing. I have developed Hotel Gambel as a mid century modern resort hotel with a Moroccan flair. Hotel Gambel is located in Palm Springs California, named after a native Quail species Gambel’s Quail. The Gambel Quail is named after William Gambel, the first naturalist to explore the South West in 1841, I felt this name was significant to the hotel due to the location and prevalence of the Quail for many native South Westerners.
