With the goal to begin to develop an indie fashion doll line I wanted to fully flesh out one full character design, from initial concept to a first prototype. This thesis project examines the exploration into the main character of this proposed doll line as a basis to build off of for general line branding and other characters.
The idea behind this fashion doll line is to create a group of characters that represent different study focus paths you might find at a circus school, from clowning to acrobatics and animal training. I also want to represent other body types and fashion styles such as J-fashion styles that are not represented in current doll lines on the market.
