Music Meets Design
This project is all about showing the relationship between graphic design and music, and how themes such as fear and nostalgia can be portrayed using the different mediums. In today’s age of streaming, music advertising has shifted away from traditional advertising. With music, it is far more common to see an advertisement on YouTube, than a traditional poster. Each of these posters represents a song from a different genre, and while some of the themes overlap the way these are portrayed is different. While these posters can function as advertisements for these songs, they can also stand on their own, separate from the songs they are based on.
